Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Use and Amendments.
1. Each time you use or cause access to Ads Center, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, as amended from time to time with or without notice to you.
2. In addition, if you are using a particular service on or through Ads Center, you will be subject to any rules or guidelines applicable to those services and they shall be incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions of Use.
3. The user may view pages within the Ads Center website, which is visible at www.ads.center (hereafter simply referred to as Ads Center), and print out a copy of the contents for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. The user may not otherwise copy, reproduce, redistribute, download, adapt or alter any material contained in the Ads Center without the express written permission of Ads Center.
5. The Terms and Conditions of Use may be changed at any time and your continued access to the Ads Center means that you agree to be bound by the most current version of the Terms and Conditions of Use.
6. By using the Ads Center you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of Ads Center. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or use Ads Center.

Our Service.
1. Products and services provided to you on and through Ads Center are on an "AS IS" basis.
2. You agree that the owners of Ads Center exclusively reserve the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, modify or discontinue Ads Center and its services or delete the data you provide, whether temporarily or permanently.
3. We shall have no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information.
4. Once an ad has been submitted Ads Center will put the advert live as soon as possible, but we reserve the right to refuse or delete ads we believe are inappropriate. Ads Center cannot verify the truthfulness of any statements made by the user in the ad. Accordingly, the advertiser shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by Ads Center caused by an untrue statement deliberately made or provided by the user.
5. The pages contained in Ads Center may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors. The information on these pages may be updated occasionally and may, at times, be out of date. We accept neither responsibility for keeping the information in these pages up to date nor liability for any failure to do so.
6. Without limiting other remedies, we may issue warnings, limit or terminate our services, remove hosted content and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the Ads Center if we think that they are creating problems, infringing the rights of third parties or acting inconsistently with the written content or entity of our policies (including, without limitation, circumventing temporary or permanent suspensions or harassing the Ads Center employees or other users).
7. However, whether we decide to take any of these steps, remove hosted content or keep an advertiser off Ads Center or not, we do not have any obligation to monitor the information transmitted or stored on our website, services or applications and we do not accept any liability for unauthorised or unlawful content on Ads Center or by the users of Ads Center.
8. In Ads Center advertisers may list items and services and web users may find items and services through the Ads Center website.
9. We are not responsible for contracts for the supply of goods, services or information formed through the Ads Center between you and web users. We are simply a venue for buyers and sellers to make contact. Any contract is between the buyer and the seller and is subject to the terms and conditions which are implied by law or which the buyer and seller agree between themselves or both. Ads Center is not a party to the contract between the seller and buyer nor is the website liable under the contract.
10. Complaints or disputes must be dealt directly with the other party in the transaction.
11. The advertisers will have the option to upgrade the ad that they have submitted to Ads Center from the standard free ad to another one that Ads Center promotes. These may be different in design, colour or position on the website and may run for a different duration unless the advertiser has withdrawn the ad from the Ads Center website or marked it as sold. In the event that an ad upgrade is purchased and then withdrawn before the purchased duration has finished then the advertiser agrees that, even if they subsequently decide to put the advert live again, refunds for any unused time may not be occasionally offered at the discretion of the management.

Your Responsibilities and Registration Obligations.
1. In order to use Ads Center, you must register on our site, agree to provide truthful information when requested, and be at least the age of eighteen (18) or older.
2. When registering, you explicitly agree to our terms and conditions of use and as may be modified by us from time to time and available here.
3. You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your password and shall be responsible for all uses via your registration and/or login, whether authorized or unauthorized by you. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your registered advertiser account or password.
4. By submitting an ad online, the advertiser is requesting that their ad appears on the Ads Center website. This means that the ad, including personal details such as telephone number, email address and company details (where applicable), can potentially be viewed by all persons with Internet access. The advertiser consents to the publication of their data in this way. The advertiser can cancel an ad for any reason at any time by logging into their account.
5. You agree when using the Ads Center website that you will not:
  1. post, list or upload content or items in inappropriate categories or areas on the Ads Center website;
  2. breach or circumvent any laws, third-party rights, our systems or policies;
  3. sell any counterfeit items or otherwise infringe the copyright, trademark or other rights of third parties;
  4. post content in contravention of relevant laws, regulations or advertising standards guidelines;
  5. use our services if you are not able to form legally binding contracts (for example if you are under 18), or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our services;
  6. post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory or libellous content;
  7. distribute or post spam, unsolicited or bulk electronic communications, chain letters or pyramid schemes;
  8. place links on Ads Center website where those links take users to unlawful material or material that contravenes these terms;
  9. use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access our services for any purpose;
  10. copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, perform or publicly display any content (except for your information) from our services without the prior express written permission of Ads Center and the appropriate third party, as applicable;
  11. harvest or otherwise collect information about users, such as email addresses, without their consent or circumvent any technical measures we use to provide the services;
  12. disseminate any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment;
  13. disseminate any material which is or may infringe the rights (including intellectual property rights) of any third party or be unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience or may restrict or inhibit the use of Ads Center website by any person or which constitutes or encourages conduct that may be considered a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability in any country in the world;
  14. post any religious, spiritual or witchcraft related content.
6. You are solely responsible for all information that you submit to Ads Center website and any consequences that may result from the content you post. We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or breaches our terms. We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user's usage of Ads Center website either temporarily or permanently;

8. By phoning any and all of the private numbers listed in ads, users are agreeing to pay a per-minute fee in full accordingly local phone operator tariff, whether or not the line connects or is picked up by the other party.

Privacy Policy.
1. Registration data and other personally identifiable information that we may collect are subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Your Conduct.
1. You agree that all information or data of any kind, whether text, software, code, music or sound, photographs or graphics, video or other materials ("Content"), publicly or privately provided, shall be the sole responsibility of the person providing the Content or the person whose advertiser account is used.
2. You agree that Ads Center may expose you to Content that may be objectionable or offensive.
3. We shall not be responsible to you in any way for the Content that appears on Ads Center nor for any error or omission.
4. The user shall report to Ads Center administration any suspected errors with the ads as soon as they come to the user's attention.
5. You explicitly agree, in using Ads Center or any service provided by Ads Center, that you shall not:
  1. provide any Content or perform any conduct that may be unlawful, illegal, threatening, harmful, abusive, harassing, stalking, tortious, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, offensive, objectionable, pornographic, designed to or does interfere or interrupt Ads Center web site or any service provided, infected with a virus or other destructive or deleterious programming routine, give rise to civil or criminal liability, or which may violate any applicable local, national or international law;
  2. impersonate or misrepresent your association with any person or entity, or forge or otherwise seek to conceal or misrepresent the origin of any Content provided by you;
  3. collect or harvest any data about other users;
  4. provide or use Ads Center website and any Content or service in any commercial manner or in any manner that would involve junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of unauthorized advertising without the Ads Center administration's prior written consent;

Submission of Content to Ads Center.
1. By providing any Content to Ads Center:
  1. you agree to grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license (including any moral rights or other necessary rights) to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, perform, promote, archive, translate, and to create derivative works and compilations, in whole or in part. Such license will apply with respect to any form, media or technology known or later developed;
  2. you warrant and represent that you have all legal, moral, and other rights that may be necessary to grant us the license set forth in this Section 6;
  3. you acknowledge and agree that we shall have the right (but not obligation), in our sole discretion, to refuse to publish or to remove or block access to any Content you provide at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
2. Advertisers are solely responsible for the Content they have posted to the Ads Center website.
3. Ads Center is not responsible, or liable whatsoever, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by advertisers or any other user of the Ads Center website.
4. Advertisers undertake that any Content posted by them will comply with all relevant and appropriate laws, advertising standards and copyright legislation and you indemnify us for any breach of this undertaking. You may not submit any defamatory or illegal material of any nature to Ads Center via the Ads Center website or otherwise. This includes text, graphics, video, programs or audio. Contributing material with the intention of committing or promoting an illegal act is strictly prohibited.
5. Advertisers agree to only submit materials which are their own original work. You must not violate, plagiarise, or infringe the rights of third parties including copyright, trademark, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, personal or proprietary rights.
6. Any content advertisers post to Ads Center website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
7. By Posting Content to the Ads Center website you grant Ads Center an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free and sub-licensable licence and right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any such post and content for any purpose.
8. Ads Center reserves the right (but not the obligation) at its sole discretion to refuse, review, edit, move or remove any content that is posted to, or available on Ads Center website without the need to give any reasons for doing so. However, Ads Center will not review the materials that you or anyone else makes to Ads Center website and therefore, unless we are specifically notified of the nature of any item of content, you cannot assume that Ads Center is aware of it. Third-Party Services.
1. Goods and services of third parties may be advertised and/or made available on or through this website.

Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, our subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, that may be made by any third party, that is due to or arising out of your conduct or connection with this web site or service, your provision of Content, your violation of this Terms and Conditions of Use or any other violation of the rights of another person or party.
2. Without prejudice to the provisions of this clause, you agree to compensate Ads Center in respect of any claims, losses, expenses and/or liabilities (including legal fees) which arise from your use of Ads Center website and/or Ads Center materials (or by a third party using your username and password) including in particular (but not limited to) any statements, contributions or other content posted on Ads Center website or any breach of the using Ads Center website clause.
